This healthy twist on the traditional Middle-Eastern frozen mint lemonade is one of our favourites. A perfect post-meal refresher or mid-afternoon delight. Add all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.


- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp honey
- ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 ½ cups of ice 1 cup fresh mint leaves
